Our Services
We offer a cooperative, compassionate, and collaborative environment. Considering no two persons, or journeys, are alike, our approach is customized for each unique individual we meet. Our techniques will assist you to obtain a deeper awareness of yourself, create effective coping strategies, and develop skills that promote significant, meaningful, and long-lasting change. Our objective is to assist you in feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to proceed with confidence, regardless of whether you are overcoming a particular obstacle or pursuing your own personal growth.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.)
This trauma-focused treatment works to reduce distress associated with painful or traumatic memories by using guided eye movements. The approach enables individuals to process the negative experiences in detail and replace them with positive images, resulting in faster relief.
Attachment-Based Therapy
Supports individuals and families in developing secure, healthy emotional bonds. This approach is especially effective for children and families impacted by trauma, separation, or disrupted caregiving relationships. Therapy focuses on strengthening trust, emotional safety, and responsiveness, helping clients build more secure and connected relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Therapy that helps individuals learn how to recognize and change negative or harmful thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. It is an organized, evidence-based technique for treating anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues.
Expert Testimony
Provided for court proceedings, offering impartial, clinically informed opinions founded on evidence-based practice. Services include evaluations, written reports, and trial testimony related to trauma, mental health, family dynamics, reunification, and child welfare. Our approach prioritizes ethical standards, transparency, and the best interests of the individuals and families involved
Family Systems Model
Focused on understanding individuals within the context of their family relationships. This approach recognizes that patterns of interaction, communication, and roles within a family influence behavior and emotional health. Therapy helps families identify unhealthy dynamics, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and produce long-lasting, positive change.
One-on-One Therapy Sessions
Provides a private and encouraging environment for exploring personal struggles, emotions, and goals. Individualized sessions foster self-awareness, coping mechanisms, and personal development.
Play Therapy
Provides children with a developmentally appropriate way to express themselves, process experiences, and acquire coping skills through play. Guided by a trained therapist, children use play as a natural form of communication to work through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and family changes. Play therapy promotes emotional growth while helping children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Reunification
Therapy that helps to restore ties between parents and children after separation, estrangement, or conflict. The process aims to repair trust, improve communication, and promote healthy family dynamics.
Trauma Counseling
Counseling that assists individuals in processing and healing from previous traumatic events. Therapy offers evidence-based approaches to reduce symptoms, restore a sense of safety, and promote resilience and recovery.
Addiction Counseling
Form of therapy that helps support individuals in understanding and addressing substance abuse and behavioral addictions. Therapy aims to uncover underlying causes, develop coping skills, prevent recurrence by creating positive goals, and encourage long-term healing.
Behavioral Therapy
This treatment focuses on recognizing and altering harmful habits using structured strategies and skill development. This method focuses on practical solutions to improve everyday functioning and emotional management.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Integrative therapy that uses cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness approaches. It focuses on developing emotional regulation, stress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and awareness.
Family/Couples Therapy
Therapy that emphasizes enhancing relationships, settling disputes, and boosting communication. Sessions provide a safe environment for addressing patterns, improving understanding, and creating stronger bonds.
Group Therapy
An evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals manage and overcome traumatic or distressing events. EMDR utilizes bilateral stimulation of the brain to promote a natural healing process, reducing the emotional impact of past traumas.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy
Evidence-based approach that strengthens the parent-child relationship through guided, real-time coaching. Parents learn how to improve communication, promote positive behaviors, and decrease problematic behaviors while fostering a secure and supportive relationship. PCIT is often used to help young children and families navigate behavioral or relationship concerns.
Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluations
Psychological examinations that measure emotional preparedness, mental health, and coping mechanisms before medical or surgical operations. These evaluations serve to ensure that patients are adequately prepared and supported throughout the surgical process.
Supervised Visitation
Provide a safe, neutral, and structured environment for parent-child interaction when court-ordered or clinically recommended. Visits are monitored by qualified professionals to ensure all participants' safety and emotional well-being while encouraging healthy interactions and relationship-building. Detailed observations and documentation may be provided as required for court or case planning purposes.
